Mounted merger
Front Mounted, 3-point hitch mergers with 3.8m working width and left or right swath delivery. (PM1038)
Centre/side delivery
Trailed, 2-pickup mergers with working widths of 7.3m with both side and centre delivery. (PM2073T)
Continuous side delivery
Trailed, 3-pickup mergers designed for large dairy and custom operators. Top-of-the-line offerings, available in both 10m and 11.5m working widths. (PM3010T & PM 30115T)
Unique pick-up
Kubota Power Mergers feature twin or triple cam pickups, depending on the model for added durability. Their cam track system guides tines to move crop forward and retract cleanly, preventing material from being pulled under the belt.
Tines & guides
The positively curved tines ensure efficient forage loading, while flexible plastic guides provide quiet operation and smoothly funnel the crop toward the belts.
Belt drive system
The crown and sprocket belt drive system maintains a continuous grip between rollers and belts, preventing slippage in heavy crops and ensuring reliable performance in dusty conditions.
Belt design
Steel-reinforced crossbars ensure reliable crop transport in both dry and wet conditions, while allowing for easy repair of individual belt sections.
Blockage control
Knives along the underside of the belt prevent roping at the belt corner, while an available wheel prevents accumulation in wet or heavy tedded crops. (PM1038/PM2073T)
Tandem wheel suspension
Each pickup is equipped with four tandem wheels featuring spring suspension and electric height adjustment, enabling high-speed operation and clean crop flow with minimal soil contamination. (Option on PM1038/PM30115T)
Ground protection
Trailed units are hydraulically suspended to float across varying terrain keeping fields and crops healthy.
Control box
An intuitive control box manages key functions such as height adjustment, belt direction, and folding/unfolding. It also features emergency run technology, allowing the Power Merger to operate even if electrical power is lost.
Maneuverability
Highly maneuverable with 190° hitch turning and 60° articulation to help countour over uneven terrain.
Narrow transport
Easily move between fields or get back on the road with transport widths as narrow as 2.5 to 3m dependingon the model. Simplify storage with a maximum travel height of just 3.2m.
Versatility
Kubota Power Mergers demand low tractor power requirements and can be operated partially or fully folding to rake in smaller swaths or turning over existing ones. (PM3010T & PM30115T)
